Return and Refund Policy

Unfortunately once an order is placed we do not offer refunds. We special order all products and if an order is cancelled we are subject to hold the canceled merchandise at our own expense. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. All sales are final. (No Refunds) A 30% restocking fee will be assessed to the total amount of purchase on all returned or cancelled merchandise. Balance will become a store credit. ModernFurnitureLV.com covers warranty through the manufacture on all their products for one full year to original delivered address and buyer only from the date of purchase, therefore, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. Delivery and set-up fee is non-refundable.
